Konica Copier Connect to the network. Most copiers need a network cable to be connected to it. Plug the CAT 5 network cable, sometimes called Ethernet in port for network interface cards found at the side or rear of the copier. Check the user manual to find it. Once connected, press the “Settings” button on the main panel of the copier. This will open a menu of options. Find “Printer Setup” and then select “IP Address”. Assigns an IP address that is unique to your network. Once done, this IP address will serve as an identifier of Konica copier to your network.

Load the printer driver. Before a computer can print to a Konica copier, the computer must first have the appropriate printer drivers installed. These can be be on the CD that comes with the copier, or can be downloaded from the website of Konica-Minolta. Be sure to download the correct driver for your computer’s operating system.

Connects to the Konica copier. Once connected to your network via a network cable, and the drivers are installed on your computer, you can connect to the copier setting the print driver installed to connect to the copier using the IP address assigned in Step 1. Once connected, the driver will search the copier and send all print jobs to the copier Konica.

Send print tests to verify proper connection. Once the tests are printed successfully, you are ready to use your Konica multifunctional device for network printing.
